Backtagging: Yes.
Threadhopping: Ask first.
Fourthwalling: Undertale is meta as hell so Chara's already somewhat aware All Is Not As It Seems, but ask first.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Incest is usually a big squick/trigger button of mine, so I generally try to avoid it especially if it's played as romantic or kinky or whatever. (Though on a side note Chara/Asriel doesn't personally bother me/strike me as incestuous, so if you have a romantic interpretation of their relationship, feel free to write it as such.)

Hugging this character: Sure. Just be aware that Chara's a bit touch-averse, especially if they don't know you very well, and there's some chance they may attack your character if they feel threatened or angry.
Kissing this character: Sure, though as with above Chara will most likely not be pleased with any attempts. And keep it appropriate for a Disney movie, since Chara's about 10-12.
Flirting with this character: Sure? Chara's response may vary.
Fighting with this character: Sure. Be aware if your character is a monster from Undertale Chara can almost certainly kill them and quickly- and if your character is magical somehow there's a chance Chara's nature would make it easy for Chara to harm them. If your character's a normal human though, they won't find Chara very strong, though they're unusually fast and have a terrifyingly high pain tolerance.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Acceptable, but anything long-term like a broken limb will need to be talked about first.
Killing this character: Ask first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Ask first. I'll probably say yes, I'd just prefer discussing it.
Warnings: Chara's canonical background involves child death, suicide, manipulation, poisoning/long-term illness, violence, and mass murder. My headcanons also add in issues involving child abuse, bullying, mental illness, misgendering/queerphobia, and religious related trauma. Some of these subjects I can avoid mentioning, others are too closely tied to Chara's general behavior for me to really avoid.
